On August 5th, V3 Transportation held an Open House event to celebrate moving into a new corporate headquarters in Seville, Ohio. The expedited transit carrier, which began its operation in early 2013 with two laptops and two cell phones, is on target to reach 200 trucks in its fleet by the end of 2016.
As part of the activities to commemorate the move into the larger facility that will meet the immediate and long-term growth needs of the company, the Leadership Team at V3 participated in a series of interviews with members of the media, which was highlighted by a media conference call on August 2nd.
Through this round of interviews, V3 has received coverage from Commercial Carrier Journal, Expediters Online, Fleet Owner, Heavy Duty Trucking, Journal of Commerce and Transport Topics. The Trucker Newspaper is planning to run a print story in its September 1st edition.
The PR outreach related to the growth of V3 and the opening of the new headquarters also drew interest from Inbound Logistics magazine, which interviewed V3 CEO Bob Poulos in mid August for a story on expedited transportation. Members of the Ohio media responded to the news that V3 has invested over $650,000 into updates and enhancements to the headquarters after the company’s purchase of an existing building.
