Scott served as the lead guitarist and musical director for the Gregg Allman Band. V3 Transportation Opens New Headquarters Facility In Seville, Ohio

On August 5th, V3 Transportation held an Open House event to celebrate moving into a new corporate headquarters in Seville, Ohio. The expedited transit carrier, which began its operation in early 2013 with two laptops and two cell phones, is on target to reach 200 trucks in its fleet by the end of 2016. Speaking on an industry expert panel at the Fleet Forum at the Mid America Trucking Show in Louisville, V3 Transportation CEO Bob Poulos shared some insights on the company’s success in attracting and retaining drivers. In February, Heavy Duty Trucking Magazine announced that V3 President and COO John Sliter had been chosen as one of the publication’s 2016 HDT Fleet Innovators. Mr. Sliter was selected by the editors of Heavy Duty Trucking as one of four recipients of the prestigious award following an industry-wide call for nominations by the magazine. In its announcement naming the HDT Fleet Innovators for 2016, Heavy Duty Trucking cited V3’s innovative approach to driver recruitment and retention.
